Tactical Military Acute Concussion Evaluation (T-MACE) Pocket Card, 13 OCT 2026. This is a TBI screening and decision support tool created in collaboration between the TBICoE and the JTS. It is designed for use in the deployed prehospital environment, when the MACE2 is impractical, such as in prolonged casualty care scenarios or when multiple casualties require screening for traumatic brain injury (TBI). While the T-MACE is NOT a diagnostic exam for concussion/mild TBI, it includes elements of the MACE2 screening and provides guidance for the continued management and monitoring until evacuation to a higher level of care can be made.
